We pride ourselves on offering a professional service in an enviable location, providing well appointed and varied communal spaces. All our managed offices come furnished, with broadband and telephony to your door and our team manage all the facilities, reception, maintenance and repairs, leaving you free to concentrate on your business.
Each business centre on the campus has designated car parking and there is a very visible, centrally located visitor car park too. Each building also has an area for securing bicycles.

There is good access to the M1, A1, A6 and it is a short drive from Flitwick train station which is on the Thameslink line to Luton Airport Parkway and Kings Cross St Pancras stations. Buses are available to and from both Bedford and Luton.
Your staff can use all the common facilities in the 3 business centres on the Wrest Park campus. Each building has various well equipped kitchens, all with complimentary tea and coffee. There are also comfortable break out areas if you fancy getting out of the office and eat in spaces too.
Outside there are patio or picnic bench areas to help you make the most of the environment.
There are also showers available for those who like to cycle to work or take advantage of the green space and enjoy a healthy daily walk or run.
Our campus has a variety of break out spaces including the atrium, plus a patio and picnic tables for your staff to use.
We are also home to The Avenue Kitchen, where you can buy delicious food and drinks to eat in, eat out on their picnic tables overlooking the parkland or simply take away. The village has a Co-op and The Star & Garter pub.
