Offering a most impressive location, set in beautiful parkland, the campus provides meeting and training rooms with an impressive blend of cutting-edge technology in a range of comfortable meeting spaces, all in a relaxed environment that promotes creativity.

We can facilitate hybrid meetings where there are a limited number of physical delegates and a number of virtual participants too – ask our reception team how we can help you stay in touch with your network or home based teams.

Smaller one to one meeting rooms and day offices are also available to hire, and we have a dedicated multi-faith room which is free to use.

Being virtually equidistant from Bedford, Luton and the A1 / M1, Wrest Park has ample, easy to find visitor parking and a warm welcome, leaving them relaxed and ready for business.

Benefits of our meeting rooms

Our meeting rooms all have access to high speed fibre broadband and guest Wi-Fi. In addition some of the rooms can host hybrid meetings with camera and conference phone facilities.


Bookings come with complimentary of tea and coffee. In addition the reception team have a list of catering options & prices – just tell us what you require and the time to serve!

Your delegates can eat, drink or collaborate in our well appointed break out areas, or on the patio. After lunch why not take a refreshing stroll around the parkland?


Our rooms are designed to enable the users to get connected and use either our click share system or direct connections via HDMI etc to share screens and present on the main screen. Full AV, note pads and pens, whiteboards and flip charts are all included in the price of the room.


Our range of meeting rooms covers 1-1 meetings, a private space in the day office, or formal meetings of up to 60 delegates and most can be booked by the hour, half or full day. Contact the team for the full range of options and advice on the right room to host your meeting.
