There is always available free parking, and the secure fob access is very reassuring and provides peace of mind from a business asset perspective. The building is managed well, including the office cleaning service and maintained to a good standard. There is a great community feeling within the buildings with the other businesses and the onsite WPE team are also incredibly helpful and friendly. The communal areas situated within the centre of the building create a great atmosphere and provide various seating options and environments, whether it be for a group lunch, some time alone or a private business meeting/ one to one. Being situated in Wrest Park itself is one of the best perks as it makes the drive into work very picturesque and provide some breathtaking views during lunch time walks.”

The Offices are ideally located and very quiet for day to day work, and any problems with Internet or Telephones are quickly dealt with. I have my own Key fob for access which is ideal for out of hours work, and any deliveries i have are taken in by the on site Receptionist so even if I’m not in the office i never miss a parcel. There is plenty of parking, just outside the entrance doors, together with delivery spaces should i need to load or unload my car. On top of this, there are numerous on site Networking Events which have allowed me to build my customer base which has allowed me to deal with a lot of other small to medium sized businesses on the site.
